COACH ANDY MONFRE

Coach Andy Monfre has over 17 years experience coaching at the high school and youth levels. He specializes in simplifying varsity and college-level skill concepts for younger players and has worked with boys and girls from 2nd grade through the professional ranks. His skill work emphasizes efficient footwork, deceptive movement, dynamic dribbling, creative attacking, and under control finishing. Coach Monfre takes pride in his ability to teach skills at a micro, detail-orientated level without making it boring or perplexing to young players. In addition to working with players in individual and small group settings, Coach Monfre has coached and worked with some of the area’s top high school and club programs.

Coach Monfre coached high school girls and boys basketball for 15 seasons at New Berlin Eisenhower and is a USA Basketball Youth Development Gold Licensed Coach.

Coach Monfre practices as a full-time health care attorney for Advocate Aurora Health. He lives in Oak Creek with his wife Luna and their two sons Martin and Luca.
