

SmallBall Workouts
We offer a select number of small group workouts during the winter, spring and summer. Small groups are formed via invite and referral and are designed to bring together players willing to compete and push each other. Every drill at our workout involves competing: 1 on 1 breakdowns, small-sided games, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 4. BONES OVER CONES!

CONNECTION
We emphasize Connection Before Correction. We have a passion not just for basketball, but for mentoring the next generation. By putting in genuine effort to get to know our players, we are able to build a level of trust critical to creating a successful Coach/Player alliance.




COMPETE
The best way to improve rapidly is to compete against live defense. Every drill at our workout involves competing: 1 on 1 breakdowns, small-sided games, 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 4. Bones Over Cones!





FUN
Basketball can teach many life lessons, none of which is more important than realizing you can have a lot of fun and work extremely hard at the same time. We take pride in our program's high return rate each year, and the secret to that success is ensuring players are having a blast.





INSTRUCTION
The core of Monfre Basketball is our contemporary skills curriculum developed from thousands of individual and team training sessions. REACH
Our workouts draw players from all over Wisconsin. We rarely have a small group with more than a few players from the same school or area. It's not only about experiencing different styles of play. Boys become better players and better men by getting to know and connecting with players from different walks of life and backgrounds. Teammates for the night...friends for life.
